Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an AI Outcome Manager for its Customer Success team in the Financial Services segment. You will partner with banking, insurance, asset & wealth management, and data providers to maximize the value of Claude capabilities—Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and API.

You will develop true partnerships with customers, understanding business objectives and AI vision, providing best practices, and guiding adoption and expansion across their organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts and APIs.
• Experience with enterprise in Financial Services.
• Experience with consumption and seat-based business models.
• Strong account management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Passion for AI and responsible development.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with key decision makers to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise to guide customers to the right solutions.
• Drive usage planning by understanding current and future consumption and value for the customer.
• Monitor usage and unlock optimization across API and Claude products to maximize value.
• Socialize Anthropic's product roadmap and engage Product PMs to increase awareness of new offerings.
• Quantify customer value with ROI and impact metrics to build internal business cases for ongoing investment.
• Identify new use cases and partner with Sales to expand Claude across departments and workflows.
• Lead change management strategies, Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement.
• Own the customer lifecycle with robust account plans and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Develop scalable engagement playbooks balancing high-touch with efficient coverage across your Industry portfolio.
