Job summary

Anthropic Limited seeks an Outcomes AI Manager for Strategic Tech Customers to partner with executives across global tech accounts and unlock the value of Claude capabilities (API, Claude Code, Cowork). You will shape adoption, drive strategic ROI, and guide customers through complex transformation journeys.

You will own lifecycle operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help customers scale usage while informing product priorities and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Strategy Consulting.
• Experience with F500 technology companies, SaaS platforms, or digital-first businesses at the exec level.
• Ability to lead organization-wide change or adoption programs with C-suite sponsorship.
• Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts and driving outcomes.
• Cross-functional collaborator who can rally teams to meet customer needs.
• Passion for AI and experience with Claude Code and related tooling.
• Ability to bring order to chaos and a practical, hands-on mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers in complex organizations.
• Own customer operations across the account lifecycle with grounded success plans and reviews.
• Become an expert in Anthropic products across API, Claude Code, and Cowork to guide customers.
• Proactively drive consumption planning and quantify ROI for continued investments.
• Monitor usage patterns across Claude surfaces to maximize value from commitments.
• Socialize Anthropic's product roadmap and collaborate with Product PMs to drive awareness.
• Develop change management strategies to drive adoption and organizational enablement.
• Prioritize across business units to build repeatable, scalable motions.
