Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an AI Outcomes Manager, GSI, to drive AI adoption for enterprise customers. You will build strategic partnerships with Systems Integrators and guide customers in using Claude APIs, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code to derive measurable business value.

You will work with customers to align objectives, design adoption strategies, and scale usage, while coordinating with product teams to inform roadmap and research priorities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience working with enterprises in Systems Integrator industries.
• Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience driving success across consumption-based and seat-based business models.
• Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with key customer decision makers to understand their business objectives and identify optimization opportunities.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Claude for Enterprise to guide customers to the right solutions.
• Drive usage planning, understand current and future consumption, and demonstrate realized value for the customer.
• Monitor usage patterns and address underutilization across both consumption-based and seat-based products to maximize value.
• Represent the customer in roadmap discussions, socialize Anthropic's product roadmap, and coordinate with Product PMs.
• Document and quantify customer value realized through ROI and impact metrics to build internal business cases.
• Identify new use cases and expand Claude adoption across departments and workflows.
• Develop change management strategies for end-user adoption, including Train the Trainer programs and Center of Excellence.
• Own the customer lifecycle with comprehensive success plans and Quarterly Business Reviews, serving as primary liaison between customer and Anthropic.
• Develop scalable engagement playbooks for the Industry portfolio to maximize impact across all customers.
