Anthropic Limited is seeking an AI Outcome Manager in the Financial Services sector to lead strategic customer partnerships, optimize Claude deployments, and drive adoption across API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise. You will guide decision-makers, translate business objectives into technical success, and ensure measurable value through ROI-focused engagements.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience working with enterprises in Financial Services.
• Deep understanding of FSI regulatory, risk, and compliance needs.
• Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
• Experience with consumption-based and seat-based business models and expansion metrics.
• Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate into expansions.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts with strong relationships.
• Cross-functional collaboration to represent customer needs.
• Passion for AI and responsible development of advanced systems.
• Team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Responsabilidades

• Build strategic relationships with key decision makers to understand goals and opportunities.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise.
• Drive usage planning and understand current/future consumption to unlock value.
• Monitor usage, identify optimization opportunities, and address underutilization.
• Socialize product roadmaps and engage Product PMs to accelerate value.
• Quantify customer value with ROI metrics to justify continued investment.
• Identify new use cases and lines of business for Claude across departments.
• Develop change management strategies to maximize end-user adoption.
• Own the customer lifecycle with comprehensive success plans and QBRs.
• Create scalable engagement playbooks balancing high-touch and efficient coverage.
