Job summary

Anthropic is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, GSI, to partner with our most strategic customers across Systems Integrators. You will guide adoption of Claude API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code, aligning business objectives with technical capabilities.

Develop genuine partnerships, understand customers' AI vision and workflows, and coordinate with the broader account team to drive usage, optimization, and ROI across contracts and seats.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience working with enterprises in Systems Integrator industries.
• Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with key customer decision makers and identify optimization opportunities.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's API offerings and Claude products to guide customers to the right solutions.
• Proactively drive usage planning and adoption to realize value for the customer.
• Monitor usage to optimize consumption-based and seat-based products.
• Share product roadmap and insights to inform internal teams and customers.
