Job summary

Notion is seeking an Outcomes Architect to drive adoption and value realization for a portfolio of named accounts, focusing on customers with flat or at-risk renewals. You’ll partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy, planning, and commercial opportunities while shaping outcomes that bolster customer partnerships and long-term revenue.

This role is based in San Francisco or New York City, with anchor days in the office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals or expansion
• Strong customer-facing discovery to map workflows and implement plans
• Technical fluency and trusted-advisor presence with Notion workflows
• Commercial awareness and renewal/expansion planning with account owners
• Designing workflows that drive usage-based adoption and measurable outcomes
• Strong program and stakeholder management across a book of accounts
• Agile, proactive, empathetic approach to moving from ideas to working systems
• Passion for AI and curiosity to experiment with new tools

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for named accounts with Notion
• Contribute to NRR with renewal and expansion pipeline
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal strategy
• Define and maintain mutual success plans guiding customers through AI Transformation
• Facilitate use-case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities
• Engage Services for complex implementations and ensure successful value delivery
• Learn Notion’s product and AI ecosystem to help customers navigate new ways of working
• Help build OA programs delivering customer and business outcomes across Notion's install base
