Job summary

Notion is seeking an Outcomes Architect to lead adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts in a fast-evolving AI-native environment.

You will partner with Solutions Consultants and shape outcomes that strengthen customer partnerships, focusing on customers that are flat, at-risk, or need a stronger path to measurable impact. This role blends AI, productivity, and revenue impact to deliver durable systems in Notion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals or expansion in B2B software.
• Strong discovery instincts to map workflows and translate goals into plans.
• Technical fluency with Notion workflows and troubleshooting.
• Commercial awareness for renewal risk and expansion strategy.
• Ability to design workflows that tie adoption to measurable outcomes.
• Strong program and stakeholder management across a book of accounts.
• Operate with urgency, structure, and customer empathy.
• Passion for AI and using it to enhance customer value.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
• Contribute to net revenue retention with renewal and expansion pipeline.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion and renewal.
• Define and maintain mutual success plans guiding customers through AI Transformation.
• Facilitate use-case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to engage Services for complex implementations.
• Learn Notion product and AI ecosystem to advise customers effectively.
• Help build OA programs delivering customer and business outcomes.
