Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking an AI Outcomes Manager in Mountain View, CA to own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. This consultative role partners with Sales, Product, and Services to drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Customer Success or Account Management with exposure to mid-market or enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio. Full accountability for adoption, retention, and net revenue expansion across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Be a trusted advisor. Build relationships that tie ThoughtSpot's capabilities to the customer's business objectives.
• Build success plans with measurable business outcomes attached, not activity lists.
• Use AI-driven insights to catch risk, surface expansion opportunities, and personalize engagement across the portfolio.
• Deliver business reviews, enablement sessions, and workshops that move the needle for users.
