Job summary

Notion is seeking an Outcomes Architect to own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts. You will partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, expansion qualification, and planning, shaping outcomes that strengthen customer partnerships and drive predictable revenue.

You will focus on customers that are flat, at-risk, or require a stronger path to measurable impact, partnering to define success plans and ROI during regular business reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in a B2B software environment.
• Strong customer-facing discovery instincts to map workflows and implement plans.
• Technical fluency to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot Notion workspaces.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts, ensuring customers deliver outcomes with Notion.
• Contribute to Net Revenue Retention with renewal and expansion pipeline and proactive product adoption.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal strategy for shared accounts, including commercial opportunities for renewals.
• Define and maintain mutual success plans guiding customers through AI Transformation and ROI reviews.
• Facilitate use-case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities that increase Notion value.
