Job summary

Notion is hiring an Outcomes Architect to own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts. You’ll partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion and renewal, guiding customers through AI Transformation with measurable ROI.

This role blends AI, productivity, and revenue impact to help customers build durable Notion workflows. You’ll collaborate across teams, shape mutual success plans, and drive towards predictable revenue while learning

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals or expansion within a B2B software environment.
• Strong discovery instincts to understand problems, map workflows, and translate goals into plans.
• Technical fluency to co-design and troubleshoot Notion workspaces and workflows.
• Commercial awareness to partner with account owners on renewal risk and expansion.
• Ability to design and scale repeatable customer workflows that drive adoption.
• Experience with program and stakeholder management across multiple accounts.
• Operate with urgency and empathy, turning ideas into working systems.
• Passion for AI and willingness to learn new tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
• Contribute to NRR with renewal timing and expansion pipeline.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion and renewals.
• Define mutual success plans guiding customers through AI Transformation and ROI reviews.
• Facilitate use-case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities.
• Engage Services for complex implementations and ensure value delivery.
