Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As an Outcomes Architect, you’ll be the build-beside partner who helps customers turn AI ambition into working systems inside Notion.

You’ll own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts, with a focus on customers that are flat, at-risk, or need a stronger path to measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B software driving adoption, value realization, renewals or expansion.
• Strong discovery skills to map workflows and translate goals into practical plans.
• Technical fluency to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot Notion workspaces.
• Commercial awareness for renewal risk and expansion.
• Ability to design workflows that tie adoption to measurable outcomes.
• Excellent program and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for named accounts.
• Contribute to Net Revenue Retention with renewals and expansion.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal strategy.
• Define mutual success plans guiding AI transformation with ROI reviews.
• Lead use-case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities.
• Coordinate with Services on complex implementations to ensure value delivered.
• Learn Notion’s product and AI ecosystem to guide customers.
• Help build OA programs delivering outcomes across Notion’s install base.
