Job summary

Notion is seeking an Outcomes Architect to own adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts in an AI-native world. You will work with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion, plan mutual success, and help customers build durable Notion workflows that realize measurable business value and stronger customer partnerships.

You will partner across teams to ensure proactive product adoption, manage renewal risk, and drive a repeatable program that scales outcomes

Qualifications

• 3+ years in driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals or expansion in a B2B software setting.
• Ability to map business problems to actionable workflows and solutions.
• Technical fluency to co-design and troubleshoot Notion workflows.
• Strong commercial sense for renewal risk and expansion potential.
• Proven ability to design workflows that link adoption to measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and success plans.
• Ability to move from ideas to working systems with urgency and empathy.
• Deep interest in AI and applying new tools to customer value.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
• Contribute to net revenue retention with renewal and expansion planning.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion and renewal.
• Define mutual success plans guiding customers through AI transformation and ROI reviews.
• Lead use-case consultations identifying new workflow opportunities.
• Engage with Services for complex implementations to ensure value delivery.
• Learn Notion and AI ecosystem to help customers build durable systems.
• Help build OA programs that deliver customer and business outcomes across install base.
