Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Director of AI Infrastructure Strategic Partnerships to accelerate its AI infrastructure expansion. You will cultivate executive-level partnerships, harness market intelligence, and coordinate cross-functional teams to secure early opportunities and drive revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll shape partnership structures, co-development initiatives, and market strategies across hyperscalers and data center ecosystems, influencing Spectrum’s competitive edge and long-term

Qualifications

8+ years in business development or strategic partnerships.
8+ years in telecommunications, cloud, data center or digital infrastructure.
3+ years engaging Hyperscalers, Neoclouds, data center operators or adjacent AI infrastructure ecosystems.
5+ years of cross-functional leadership and executive influence.

Responsibilities

Build executive relationships with strategic partners across power, data centers, AI tech, and network equipment.
Identify early opportunities via partner intelligence, infrastructure planning, and customer roadmaps.
Coordinate resources across Sales, Product, Network, Finance, Legal and Sales Engineering.
Design partnership structures and co-development initiatives.
Translate market intelligence into qualified opportunities and partner-driven demand.
