Job summary

Spectrum seeks a Director of AI Infrastructure Strategic Partnerships to accelerate its AI infrastructure growth through high-impact executive relationships and strategic collaborations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology or related field or equivalent education, training and experience.
• 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships or strategic sales.
• 8+ years in telecommunications, cloud, data center or digital infrastructure.
• 3+ years engaging hyperscalers, neoclouds, data center operators or adjacent AI infrastructure ecosystems.
• 5+ years of cross-functional leadership and executive influence.

Responsibilities

• Build and leverage executive relationships with strategic partners across power, data centers, AI technology, network equipment and construction.
• Identify and pursue early opportunities through partner intelligence, infrastructure planning and customer roadmaps.
• Integrate partner insights and market perspectives into account planning alongside Sales Directors and managers.
• Orchestrate executive engagement across Spectrum and coordinate resources from Sales, Product, Network, Construction, Finance, Legal and Sales Engineering.
• Design partnership structures, co-development initiatives and co-build opportunities to enhance market access.
