Spectrum is seeking a Director, AI Infrastructure Strategic Partnerships to accelerate growth by forging high-value partnerships before traditional RFPs. You’ll transform executive relationships and market intelligence into growth opportunities, shaping Spectrum’s AI leadership and revenue trajectory.

In this role you’ll engage hyperscalers and data center operators, coordinate resources across multiple teams, and design co-development initiatives to expand market access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships or strategic sales.
• 3+ years engaging Hyperscalers, Neoclouds or data center ecosystems.
• 5+ years of cross-functional leadership and executive influence.

Responsibilities

• Build and leverage executive relationships with strategic partners across data centers, AI tech, and infrastructure.
• Identify early opportunities through partner intelligence and customer roadmaps.
• Coordinate resources across Sales, Product, Network, Finance and Legal around strategic opportunities.
• Design partnership structures and co-development initiatives to expand market access.
