Fractal-Analytics seeks a senior Growth Leader—AI Engineering, Strategic Accounts—to own the transformation agenda across strategic client portfolios. You will build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders, translating priorities into differentiated AI engineering programs and funded roadmaps.

You will lead executive briefings and engagements, shaping value-driven roadmaps and orchestrating large, multi-year transformations with Fractal capabilities and partners.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of experience in technology consulting or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record of originating, shaping, and winning multi-year transformation programs.
• Established credibility with CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, data platforms, APIs, DevSecOps, MLOps.
• Excellent executive communication and proposal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the AI Engineering growth agenda across strategic accounts and pipelines.
• Lead executive briefings, innovation sessions, and modernization assessments.
• Shape multi-year modernization roadmaps and value cases.
• Translate client priorities into funded, enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Collaborate with Fractal capabilities and partners to create cohesive propositions.
