Job summary

Fractal is seeking a Product Analytics & Insights Leader to own analytics strategy for an enterprise AI platform focused on employee experience. You will shape measurement, lead AI-assisted analysis, and drive executive narratives, partnering with product management, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.

You will build and lead a team of analysts, define baselines, and translate signals into actionable recommendations, balancing AI automation with rigorous human verification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, product analytics, business analysis, consulting, or research.
• 3+ years leading analytics programs or teams.
• Hands-on SQL and data analysis to validate queries and evaluate data quality.
• Experience shaping KPI frameworks and evidence-based prioritization.
• Executive communication and influence across functions.
• Judgment with AI-assisted work and human verification.

Responsibilities

• Define and own measurement strategy connecting adoption, engagement, retention, and business outcomes.
• Lead AI-assisted analysis and automated executive dashboards with reliable refreshes.
• Evaluate launches and impact using instrumentation and experimentation.
• Turn user signals into insight with employee feedback and experience metrics.
• Shape roadmap and investment with evidence-based recommendations and market research.
• Own the executive performance story with concise presentations and visuals.
• Build and lead analytics staff; plan capacity to stay strategic.
• Automate analytics with reusable AI workflows and ensure traceability.
