Fractal is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to help global enterprises transform end-to-end supply chains using AI-led consulting, advanced analytics, and digital transformation.

The role requires a seasoned supply chain leader who can partner with executives to redesign decision-making, improve performance, and unlock business value through AI. You will shape opportunities and grow consulting engagements across enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in end-to-end supply chain transformation.
• Deep expertise across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory optimization, logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment.
• Proven experience leading large-scale consulting and transformation engagements for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior client executives on transforming end-to-end supply chain capabilities using AI, analytics, and digital tech.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations.
• Develop future-state operating models, AI roadmaps, and implementation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Act as trusted advisor to Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Digital Transformation leadership teams.
• Drive growth of AI consulting and supply chain transformation services across strategic enterprise accounts.
