Job summary

Fractal Analytics seeks a senior, client-facing growth leader to own the AI Engineering workstream across strategic CPG accounts, creating C-suite access and shaping multi-year programs spanning AI, data, cloud, and engineering modernization.

Location is South Florida; 4-5 days onsite with travel as needed. This role entails revenue growth, solution selling with cross-functional teams, and executive engagement to drive client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, economics or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–12 years in account management, client services, or sales within CPG or related domains.
• Proven track record of growing multi-million-dollar accounts in data, analytics, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned CPG accounts; ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Build long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders across marketing, sales, supply chain, and insights.
• Understand clients’ strategic priorities and align solutions to objectives.
• Own revenue and growth targets; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies and quarterly business plans.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and solutions teams to create value propositions.
