Fractal is seeking a senior Growth Leader to own the AI Engineering workstream for strategic accounts and build executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs. You will translate priorities into a differentiated AI engineering and modernization agenda, shaping multi-year programs spanning AI, data, cloud, and engineering modernization.

Qualifications

15+ years in technology consulting, digital engineering, data and AI services, or enterprise transformation.
Proven record of originating, shaping, and winning complex, multi-year transformation programs for enterprise clients.
Established credibility with CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and senior leaders, with ability to challenge constructively and build consensus.

Responsibilities

Own the AI Engineering growth agenda, qualified pipeline, bookings, revenue, and profitable expansion across strategic accounts.
Lead executive briefings, innovation sessions, and co-creation workshops to generate sponsored transformation opportunities.
Translate client priorities into multi-year roadmaps, value cases, and investment governance models.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end transformation programs and scalable platforms.
Build reusable modernization plays, reference architectures, and pursuit assets to improve win rate and speed.
