Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in tech consulting or enterprise transformation, with deep C-suite credibility, and a track record of multi-year, multi-region growth in AI-driven programs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in growing large strategic accounts and multi-year transformation programs.
• Experience advising C-suite executives on AI-led modernization and enterprise initiatives.
• Strong ability to connect technology choices to business outcomes and value cases.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Engineering growth agenda, pipeline, bookings, and revenue for strategic accounts.
• Develop executive-level viewpoints on AI-led transformation and modernization.
• Lead executive briefings, workshops, and co-creation sessions to generate funded opportunities.
• Translate client priorities into multi-year roadmaps with investment cases and governance.
