Fractal Analytics Inc is seeking a senior, client-facing growth leader to own the AI Engineering workstream across strategic accounts in South Florida. You will create C-suite access, originate enterprise transformation opportunities, and shape multi-year programs spanning AI, data, cloud, and engineering modernization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years in account management, client services, or sales within the CPG domain.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts in data, analytics, or consulting environments.

• Act as primary contact for assigned CPG accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across marketing, sales, supply chain, and insights.
• Own revenue and growth targets; identify upsell opportunities.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies and quarterly business plans.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and solutions teams to address client challenges.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and monitor client satisfaction metrics.
• Manage pricing, billing, and contract renewals with cross-functional teams.
