Job summary

Fractal Analytics Inc seeks a senior, client-facing Account Growth Manager to own the AI Engineering workstream across strategic CPG accounts in South Florida. Create C-suite access and shape multi-year programs spanning AI, data, cloud, and engineering modernization.

The role requires 8–12 years in account management within CPG, a strong client-relations track record, and experience growing multi-million-dollar accounts in analytics or data-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales within the CPG domain.
• Proven track record of managing and growing multi-million-dollar accounts in data, analytics, or consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned CPG accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders across marketing, sales, supply chain, and insights functions.
• Own revenue and growth targets for assigned accounts; identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies and quarterly business plans.
• Partner with internal delivery and solutions teams to create value propositions addressing client challenges.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to lead generation for new clients in the CPG sector.
