Job summary

Fractal Analytics Inc. is seeking a senior Account Growth Manager to own the AI Engineering workstream across strategic CPG accounts. You will build C-suite access, shape multi-year programs spanning AI, data, cloud, and engineering modernization, and drive revenue growth.

The role is based in South Florida with 4-5 days onsite and travel as needed. You’ll collaborate with delivery, analytics, and marketing teams to expand client partnerships and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years of account management, client services, or sales in the CPG domain or analytics.
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar accounts; data/analytics experience.
• Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce; pipeline management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned CPG accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders across marketing, sales, supply chain, and insights functions.
• Own revenue and growth targets; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies and quarterly plans.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and solutions teams to create value propositions for clients.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and monitor client satisfaction.
