Job summary

Databricks in the United States seeks a Senior Deployment Strategist to bridge multi-million-dollar business problems with our AI platform. You will own the product direction, write the PRD, and partner with FDE engineers to move solutions from prototype to production.

You will build executive trust, map customer landscapes, define MVPs, oversee Day 0 launch, and drive adoption while ensuring data quality, security, and performance. Onsite with customers 25–50% is common.

Qualifications

• Executive presence and communication at C-suite level.
• Ability to define what to build, why, and prioritize work.
• Understanding of modern data, AI architectures, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in at least one language (Python/Java/SQL) for prototyping and troubleshooting.
• 7+ years delivering complex data/AI/software engagements or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product ownership from discovery to production launch.
• Define MVP and PRD; translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Drive agile delivery and manage stakeholders from C-suite to engineers.
• Own Day 0 launch, production readiness, and adoption metrics.
• Scope ongoing maintenance and create reusable solution patterns.
