Job summary

Databricks seeks a Sr. Deployment Strategist for Healthcare & Life Sciences to bridge customer problems with the Databricks platform. You will own product direction, define MVPs, and write PRDs guiding engineering for a high-value engagement.

You will lead technical discovery, shape solution architecture with FDE, and manage Day 0 launches to drive adoption while aligning with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, AI, or software engagements.
• Experience presenting to C-suite or senior stakeholders and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Willingness to be onsite with customers (often 25–50%), with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Bridge a customer's multi-million-dollar business problem with Databricks' technical solution.
• Own the product direction, write the PRD, and manage the engineering backlog.
• Lead technical discovery, shape architecture with the FDE team, and address risks early.
