Job summary

Databricks is hiring a Sr. Deployment Strategist who will bridge multi-million-dollar business problems with our AI platform.

You’ll act as the product manager for field engagements, shaping MVPs, PRDs, and production-ready solutions in collaboration with FDE engineers. You will map customer landscapes, define value, drive agile delivery, and lead Day 0 launches while ensuring security, data quality, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering complex, customer-facing data, analytics, or AI engagements.
• Proven ability to define product requirements and manage multi-stakeholder agile projects.
• Strong executive presence and exceptional communication with C-suite.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or SQL and hands-on data exploration.

Responsibilities

• Author the PRD and own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for engagements.
• Lead technical discovery, design reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Own Day 0 launch, production readiness, and customer adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales and engineering to quantify business value and scope pilots.
