Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Denver is seeking a senior Account Manager to lead the defense AI portfolio, translating mission needs into AWS architectures and driving the go-to-market strategy for frontier AI in national security.

You will collaborate with senior strategists to manage opportunities, build client trust, and accelerate adoption across critical defense accounts, while navigating a fast-moving, security-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working with Data & AI technologies including AI/ML, analytics, database or storage.
• 3+ years in full-time industry or military work, or working with critical government customers.
• Experience building large-scale ML/AI solutions at Internet scale.
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AI portfolio across the Department of War, moving opportunities from data modernization to frontier model workloads.
• Develop and deliver AI solutions presentations, demos, and technical proposals that map AWS capabilities to mission needs.
• Build durable relationships with senior military leaders and program managers to enable technical depth and mission fluency.
• Translate Department priorities into credible AWS architectures and defensible business cases.
• Support acquisitions and capture efforts on federal vehicles and programs.
