Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager, AI Customer Experience to lead GTM and sales strategies for Amazon Connect Customer.

You will shape AI-powered CX offerings and drive adoption among the most strategic customers, coordinating with sales, product, solution architecture, and marketing teams. You will translate customer insights into actions, build scalable programs, and partner with executive stakeholders to deliver transformational outcomes with AWS AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of customer-facing leadership experience with business applications and AI-related technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or cloud technology (Compute/AI/Security).
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders at strategic customers and partners.
• Develop, execute, and own GTM and sales strategies focused on AI in customer experience.
• Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders to orchestrate GTM and strategic pursuits.
• Capture customer insight to influence product roadmaps for AI solutions.
• Create scalable programs and best practices to unblock challenges and drive growth.
• Serve as an Amazon Connect AI subject matter expert for internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve GTM capabilities and operational rhythms.
