Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is hiring an Executive AI Strategist to guide the end-to-end GTM strategy for AI in customer experience, engaging C-suite stakeholders at strategic AWS Connect customers and partners. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, influence product roadmaps, and drive adoption of AWS Applied AI Solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in leadership, GTM, and AI in CX, with a focus on complex enterprise engagements and scalable programs across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• 10+ years of customer-facing leadership experience with Business Application Technologies, including Customer Experience, Artificial Intelligence, CRM, Customer Data Applications, Contact Center-as-a-Service, and/or Communications Services.
• 10+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, Consulting, or Product Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders within strategic AWS Connect customers, partners, and prospective customers.
• Develop, execute, and own GTM and sales strategies focused on AI in customer experience to grow adoption of Amazon Connect and AWS Applied AI Solutions.
• Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders to orchestrate Connect GTM and strategic pursuits.
• Capture customer insight to influence product roadmap for Amazon Connect Customer and AWS Applied AI Solutions.
• Create scalable programs and best practices to unblock challenges and drive growth.
• Serve as an Amazon Connect AI subject matter expert supporting broader internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve Amazon Connect’s GTM capabilities, operational excellence, and business rhythms.
