• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for Success Architect group and data foundations support.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and propose creative architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate executive discussions and align technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Execute playbooks aligned with the Agentforce engagement catalog for customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Mentor and share knowledge to drive thought leadership.
