Qualifications

• Understand AI agent design principles, actions, prompts, and orchestration.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/agent technologies.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for Success Architect org.
• Evaluate optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, and performance.
• Identify capability gaps and tailor creative Architect solutions.
• Engage executives while aligning tech strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned to Agentforce engagement catalog for customers.
• Build relationships with internal/external partners to support growth.
• Mentor and share knowledge to drive thought leadership.
