Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive AI adoption across our Commercial customers. You’ll be a strategic partner and thought advisor, helping clients articulate business objectives and map them to Claude capabilities such as API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise.

In partnership with the account team you will monitor usage, develop activation plans, guide change management, and quantify ROI to demonstrate ongoing value.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Claude for Enterprise, guiding customers to the right solutions.
• Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities across API and Claude-based products, developing activation plans for new use cases.
• Serve as the customer’s thought partner, sharing Anthropic’s product roadmap and driving awareness of new products.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and organizational enablement.
• Document and quantify customer value realized through ROI and impact metrics to build internal business cases for continued investment.
• Identify potential new use cases and lines of business and partner with Sales to explore Claude deployments across departments and workflows.
