Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Tech to partner with global technology leaders and drive AI adoption across Claude capabilities—API, Claude Code, and Cowork. You will guide strategic outcomes, align stakeholders, and scale usage through best practices and change management.

You will work with senior executives to map objectives, design success plans, and expand use cases, while contributing to product feedback and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Strategy Consulting.
• Experience with Fortune 500 tech firms or SaaS platforms at executive level.
• Ability to lead organization-wide change or adoption programs with C-suite sponsorship.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, APIs, and software implementation patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with key customer decision-makers and identify optimization opportunities.
• Own account operations and drive comprehensive success plans and executive reviews.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's Claude capabilities to guide customers to the right solutions.
• Proactively drive consumption planning and quantify ROI to support continued investment.
• Monitor usage to optimize Claude surface areas and maximize value from commitments.
• Educate customers on Anthropic's product roadmap and facilitate adoption across teams.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, including Center of Excellence development.
• Prioritize across multiple business units and create repeatable motions.
