Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Industries to be a strategic partner to our most complex customers across Semiconductor, Manufacturing and Retail. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.
• Experience working with enterprises in Semiconductor, Manufacturing, or Retail (and related industries).
• Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, APIs, and software implementation patterns across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with key decision makers to understand business objectives and opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Serve as a trusted advisor across Claude products (API, Claude Code, Claude for Enterprise) and guide customers to optimal solutions.
• Drive usage planning and adoption, optimize consumption and seat-based deployments, and demonstrate realized value.
• Monitor usage patterns and address underutilization across consumption- and seat-based models to maximize value.
• Quantify customer value with ROI metrics to build compelling internal cases for continued investment.
• Develop scalable engagement strategies and playbooks for the Industry portfolio.
