Zusammenfassung

Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Financial Services to partner with senior executives and drive AI adoption across Claude capabilities. You will guide customers through technical adoption, usage optimization, and value realization, aligning product capabilities with business objectives.

You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, collaborating with Sales and Product, and lead change management initiatives across the customer organization to maximize impact

Qualifikationen

6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
Experience with enterprises in Financial Services.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and API integrations.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions across stakeholders.

Aufgaben

Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives.
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Claude for Enterprise to guide customers to right solutions.
Proactively drive usage planning and expansion based on customer consumption and value.
Monitor usage and identify optimization opportunities to maximize value and renewals.
Document customer value with ROI measurements to support continued investments.
