Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced Agile Coach to lead the transformation for a large federal agency. You will coach executives, managers, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to implement SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban at scale, with DevSecOps integration and measurable delivery improvements.

You will design and deliver workshops, guide teams through backlogs, boards, automation, and reporting, and advance an enterprise Agile culture across programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Agile transformations across multiple teams and programs.
• Strong SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban knowledge with enterprise scaling experience.
• Hands-on coaching for executives, managers, Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile and Lean principles, roles, and responsibilities.
• Lead Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors on processes, tools, and policies.
• Provide ongoing Agile coaching for new teams across iterations.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members in Agile practices.
• Assist teams with backlogs, boards, and reporting; support roadmaps and planning.
• Evolve Agile maturity assessment models and report findings.
• Advise on processes and tooling to support enterprise Agile transformation.
• Coordinate cross-team planning and grooming workshops; foster Communities of Practice.
