You will mentor executives, managers, product owners, Scrum Masters, and teams, guiding Agile practices, DevSecOps, and SAFe implementations to improve delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• SAFe SPC/CST/ICP certifications or equivalent coaching credentials.
• PMP or project management training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate Agile and Lean workshops for teams and stakeholders.
• Lead Agile Training for government stakeholders and contractors.
