Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentic Operations and Intelligence Consultant to own end-to-end value narratives for Agentforce process automation. You will lead discovery, roadmapping, and high-stakes POC engagements, partnering with Account Executives to win strategic opportunities.

The role requires deep consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate AI/automation capabilities into tangible business outcomes across finance, supply chain, and other back-office

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, Business Value Consulting, or Technology Consulting
Deep industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Public Sector
Familiarity with supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms
Master of Discovery: lead "whiteboard" sessions to challenge current state and build a future vision
Technical Fluency: configure solutions (POCs) using no-code tools with business problem focus
Executive Presence: communicate AI and automation concepts to stakeholders from ops to C-suite

Responsibilities

Strategic Value Selling: lead as primary solution leader on complex deals
Value Architecting: define and pitch multi-year Value Roadmap
Executive Influence: present to C-suite, translate capabilities to business outcomes
Solution Proof & Validation: lead 4–5 week POC engagements to prove value
Cross-Functional GTM Strategy: align Regrello roadmap with field challenges
Quota Ownership: drive revenue growth within Regrello/Apromore portfolio
