Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentic Operations and Intelligence Consultant to drive go-to-market motions for Agentforce process automation. You will own the end-to-end value narrative from discovery and roadmapping to delivering high-stakes Proof of Concept engagements that demonstrate transformative results for customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, Business Value Consulting, or Technology Consulting.
• Deep industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Public Sector.
• Familiarity with supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms.
• Master of Discovery: lead whiteboard sessions to challenge current state and build a future vision.
• Technical Fluency: configure solutions (POCs) using no-code tools with business impact in mind.
• Executive Presence: communicate AI/automation concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in quota-carrying roles with MBO or KSO-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic value selling as the primary solution leader on complex deals.
• Define and pitch a multi-year Value Roadmap for customers.
• Present to C-suite executives with business outcomes in mind.
• Guide multi-week POC engagements focused on proving the business case.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for real-world feedback and alignment.
• Drive revenue growth as part of a commissionable team and manage deal velocity.
