Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, Business Value Consulting, or Technology Consulting.
• Deep industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Public Sector.
• Familiarity with supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms.
• Master of Discovery: lead whiteboard sessions to shape a future state vision.
• Technical Fluency: configure solutions (POCs) using no-code tools with business outcomes focus.
• Executive Presence: communicate AI/automation to C‑suite and senior leaders.
• Thrives in agile, fast‑scaling environments on cross‑functional deals.
• Experience with quota-carrying roles with incentive structures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary solution leader on complex deals and define multi‑year value roadmap for strategic customers.
• Define and pitch a multi‑year Value Roadmap showing broad transformation impact.
• Engage with C‑suite in presentations, translating Agentic capabilities into business outcomes.
• Lead 4–5 week POC engagements to prove the business case and secure technical buy‑in.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align Regrello roadmap with field priorities.
• Drive revenue growth as part of a commissionable team with deal velocity accountability.
