Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee the operations of an on-site housing community under Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing programs preferred.
• Regular onsite attendance required.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations including leasing, maintenance, and staff supervision.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and safety guidelines.
• Manage resident relations and enforce lease documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response with on-site team.
