Asset Living is hiring a Community Manager to oversee operations for a housing community under Regional Manager guidance. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include budgeting, strategic leasing, marketing planning, and staff development, with an emphasis on resident satisfaction, on-site leadership, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four year's experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Head emergency team for the property; ensure proper response and handling of all property emergencies with staff, residents, buildings, etc.
