Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a housing community, ensuring compliance with policies and effective staff leadership. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks, while driving financial performance and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes experience with affordable housing programs, budgeting, and strategic leasing. Strong leadership and adherence to fair housing guidelines are essential in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of experience in the housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and supervise staff.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, finance, and administration per policy.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Respond to resident concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
