Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager guidance. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and finances, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires on-site leadership, experience with affordable housing programs, and strong customer service to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction. Full-time with competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor income/expenses.
• Lead strategic leasing and marketing plans to maximize occupancy and NOI.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage resident relations and retention.
