Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will hire, train, coach, and develop staff, manage budgets and occupancy, and coordinate marketing plans to maximize net operating income.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management.
• Head emergency team and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
