Job summary

Asset Living seeks a hardworking Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, administration and risk, and ensure compliance with policy and fair housing guidelines.

Key duties include recruiting and training on-site personnel, maintaining financial reports and budgets, coordinating marketing plans, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents.
