Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to lead the operations of an on-site housing community under the Regional Manager’s supervision. You will oversee personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

We value experience in affordable housing programs, strong leadership, and the ability to manage staff and resident relations while driving leasing performance and resident satisfaction on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in the housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and market strategies to improve leasing performance.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, administrative tasks, and resident relations while ensuring high levels of service.
