Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financials while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in affordable housing programs and may hold CAM/ARM certifications, with strong on-site leadership and budgeting abilities. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.).
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of housing community on-site under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, administration & risk management.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and leasing strategies.
• Prepare operating budgets/forecasts and monitor rent collections and vendor invoices.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
