Partner with ServiceNow account teams, lead customer discovery sessions, deliver compelling demos, and guide customers through integrations, ROI calculations, and end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements to drive value in Fed/SLED

Qualifications

• Experience applying and evaluating AI in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with RPA, iPaaS, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• 5+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support complex sales cycles in Fed/SLED.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to align Moveworks capabilities with customer needs and outcomes.
• Deliver value-based product demonstrations showing Moveworks with ServiceNow.
• Define customer success criteria and drive end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements.
